What is Sealcoating?
Sealcoating is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt pavements. This process provides an added layer of protection from different elements like water, oils, and U.V. damage. The top of the asphalt pavement becomes oxidized and starts to experience surface decay when not regularly maintained. The sealcoat serves as the asphalt's protective barrier against wear, freezing, and even vehicle leaks. Sealcoating also reduces the friction or anti-skid properties associated with the exposed aggregates in asphalt.
Vegetation is removed and we seal your asphalt cracks with hot rubber to avoid water from seeping through which will helps avoid costly replacements.

What is Cracksealing?
Cracksealing is exactly what it sounds like, it's the process of using rubber to fill in surface cracks. When cracks are left untreated, they allow water and moisture to seep through asphalt pavement and erode the base material. The aftermath is dangerous potholes and pavement failure. By stopping water and moisture, deterioration of the pavement is significantly slowed down. Crack sealing also prevents the loss of aggregate from the edges of the crack
